Processing Times
Our processing times are 3-5 business days on top of shipping times. Please note that opting for an express post service DOES NOT change our processing times. It just means Australia Post will deliver it faster. All parcels are sent from our HQ in Sydney, NSW, via Australia Post. Please visit the Australia Post website for more details on shipping times to your location.

Tracking Details
All domestic orders will be sent with a tracking id. Tracking details will normally be emailed to you when the parcel has been sent. The same will apply for International orders that have opted for a tracked service.
Combining Orders
If you’ve made multiple purchases and wish to combine shipping, please send me an email /DM with your order numbers so that I can easily locate them. Excess postage will be sorted out and refunded once your order has been mailed. I will not be able to combine orders once your first order has been mailed. My restocks are normally on a Friday night and packing will take place over the weekend. Most, if not all of your parcels will be sent on the following Monday. As such, the cut off time for all orders to be combined is on the Sunday night after restock.
Refunds/ Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact me directly at coloursbyliz@gmail.com
