Our processing times are 3-5 business days on top of shipping times. Please note that opting for an express post service DOES NOT change our processing times. It just means Australia Post will deliver it faster. All parcels are sent from our HQ in Melbourne, via Australia Post. Tracking Details
All parcels will be sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled.
Combining Orders
If you’ve made multiple purchases and wish to combine shipping, please send me an email /DM with your order numbers so that I can easily locate them. Excess postage will be sorted out and refunded once your order has been mailed. I will not be able to combine orders once your first order has been mailed.
Refunds/ Exchanges
